LRJ Management is directed by a former international model. Laura was first scouted to model in her late teens, working primarily in Asia, before coming back to the USA with the purpose of helping other models propel their careers in the industry. In her early 20’s with a full time prosperous modelling career herself, she decided to officially expand her portfolio and open LRJ Management with the hopes of guiding young men and women in an industry that at times, can feel quite complicated. She has scouted, developed and represents a very small number of models in her boutique mother agency worldwide. Having been in business over 15 years, Laura brings on some of the best, brightest multi- talented and diverse models in the industry, and pairs them with some of the most respected agencies in the world. Her industry experience and strong relationships give her models the best opportunities to succeed. LRJ Management focuses on the development, coaching, and overall career choices for the working, professional fashion model. Laura can be reached at Laura@LRJManagement.com

What is a Mother Agency?

A mother agency is manager of sorts who acts on your behalf. Our job is to manage your entire career, but also make strategic choices to ensure you are placed with the best, and top agencies around the world in the right markets for you. Mother agencies develop a models entire career and help organize shoots, travel to and from contracts, and overall career goals. We do not get our models local work, we place models with agencies who do the bookings.

How Does a Mother Agency Get Paid?

Mother agencies get paid from the agencies directly. We don’t get paid unless you get paid and are working! We take the industry standard 10% gross on bookings and 20% if local bookings happen to go through us as your manager.
